In the course of business processes conducted with our suppliers within the scope of Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring the quality of products and services, clarifying mutual expectations, and establishing a sustainable cooperation framework are taken as fundamental principles. Within this scope, the basic quality requirements and implementation principles expected from our suppliers are defined in the Supplier Quality Manual.

The Supplier Quality Manual aims to establish a common understanding of quality between SAY and its suppliers. Process and product requirements are clearly and comprehensively defined, and the consistent and systematic management of quality expectations is essential.

The Supplier Quality Manual is used as a primary reference document to ensure quality assurance at all stages, starting from supplier selection and approval processes through to the delivery of products and/or services. This document is considered a reference and binding document for Purchase Orders (POs issued by SAY. By entering into a business relationship with SAY, suppliers are deemed to have committed to complying with the requirements set forth in this document.

SAY reserves the right to make updates to the Supplier Quality Manual when deemed necessary. The most current version of the document can always be accessed through this page.
